Deeping breath
Deep breath are so cheap, usually doesn’t worth a single penny unless u decide to breath on pure oxygen in Hospital, but still many ppl forget to take longer breathe either due to business or they love depression and short life, because shorter the length of breath u take, lesser is the life of every bodily cells. It also reduce the oxygen level of the blood and hence increasing carboxy hemoglobin and supplies impure blood in brain.The neurotic cells doesn’t work as actively as it really need to do in such condition. So at least when you are free from your job, or have a free time in ur apartment, when teacher is teaching you the boring stuffs, when the boss turn off from you, just exercising the long breathe. Take care of not making it look odd, so just set your propor tune of breathing and practice it at least 3 or 4 times a day for your longer life.

Hydro-therapy:
Next thing ppl usually forget is to drink. Infact they remember drinking wines and alcohols, or colddrinks or hot cappuccino but im pretty sure that many forget to drink water. It has been proved scientifically that propor intake of water can keep you fresh mentally and physically. A healthy body needs 2-3 liter of water in a day, stated that, it mustn’t be taken at once and immediately after food. When you wake up, drinking 2 or at least 1 glass of water will make you fresh within 30 minutes. Preety girls, it also increases the glow of your skin, don’t u wanna feel like a pixy who every guyz want to be with . So ezee huh

Imagination:
One day, not mine, yours one day; in the past, if u remember, u might have felt dizzy, energyless, lack of interest, bang down all the spirit to do anything and totally confused…did u ever noticed?
Your imagination always effects your physical health. Better u think better you become. Everyday before leaving bed, you should imagine yourself of being in very good state. Imagine of something good , a kiss, a good weather, a cute girl, a good grade or whatever. Imagine, your paper goes perfect, imagine of urself doing very hard work, imagine good, imagine that your boss give u the promotions and collect the lively energies to make them all come true. It’s a way you motivate urself. Coz if u feel sleepy, u are bound to sleep, if u want to be winner, first of all you should feel as the winner does. Before anything comes to an portrait, a painter first imagine, so does all the scientist and researcher before coming up with
physical model. Hadn’t bill gate one day imagined of making a Computer company, he wouldn’t have become the master of such a big empire. SO its all your imagine that can draw you to the destiny. But imagination solely also cannot play the vital role; i.e, unless u try to practically link your imaginations you wont be able to get physical figure of ur dream. So if u can imagine, u are half the way toward your dream. But better imagination for better world, followed by your hard work. Gudluck!!!
